Civil Works Construction Package No.04 at Chashma

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed re-tenders from pre-qualified, enlisted, and security-wise cleared Civil Works Contractors for construction work at site Chashma under Package No.04. Items being procured: - Construction of Work Package No.04 at site Chashma The tender documents can be obtained during working hours (0900 Hrs to 1600 Hrs) Monday to Friday from the office in Islamabad. Issuance of tender documents closes one day prior to the opening date. A fixed bid security of Rs. 0.8 Million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan is required with the bid. If opting for Bank Guarantee, it must have an expiry date at least 6 months beyond the bid opening date. Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with the tender, clearly mentioning the name of work on the envelope. Two copies of the BOQ must be submitted by the bidder (one original and one photocopy), both sealed, pre-signed, and stamped with the name of work clearly mentioned. Rates must be written in figures and words in separate columns; in case of conflict, words prevail. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. Tender will not be accepted or issued by post, courier, or telegraphic means. Incomplete or late proposals will be treated as non-responsive. The tender opening is scheduled for 07-09-2026 at 1100 Hrs. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000. The submission deadline is 07-09-2026 at 1030 Hrs.
