Reconditioning of Road in Various Villages of UC Manahi, Kenchi Jagir & Fatto Balal (1.80 Kms)

The Executive Engineer of the Provincial Highway Division Naushahro Feroze invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the reconditioning of road in various villages of UC Manahi, Kenchi Jagir & Fatto Balal covering a length of 1.80 kilometers. This procurement is under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended) and is open to eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above, with relevant experience and valid tax registration. The project is funded under the ADP scheme with an estimated cost of Rs. 59.964 million. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Highway Division Naushahro Feroze. The bid security must be in the form of a Call Deposit from a scheduled bank valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration up to June 2027, active Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration, proven experience with similar works in the last five years supported by satisfactory completion certificates and photographs, and financial soundness with an average annual turnover not less than the project cost.
