Construction of Boundary Wall and Main Gate at Sindh University Marine Research Laboratory and Survey Unit Sujawal

The University of Sindh, through its Centre for Coastal and Deltaic Studies at the Thatta Campus, invites qualified contractors to participate in the tender for the construction of a boundary wall and main gate at the Sindh University Marine Research Laboratory and Survey Unit located in Sujawal. This project is funded by the Petroleum Marine Development Committee Sujawal and aims to enhance the security and infrastructure of the marine research facility. Items being procured: - Construction of Boundary Wall - Construction of Main Gate The scope includes excavation, filling, cement concrete works, reinforced cement concrete, anti-termite treatment, damp proof course, coursed rubble masonry, steel reinforcement, and installation of heavy steel doors as per detailed specifications. The site is located in Sujawal, Sindh, and the work is expected to be completed within six months from the commencement date. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (Category C-6 or above, CE10 code), active taxpayer status with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or on the SPPRA website. Bidders should have relevant experience with at least one similar project of 80% of the estimated cost or two projects each of 50% in the last five years. Earnest money of 5% amounting to Rs.1,007,280.00 is required along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.5000. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS portal by 27-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical profiles must also be submitted in hard copy at the time of bid opening. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer (Civil), Sindh University Engineering Wing, Jamshoro.
