Civil Works, Erection, Testing and Commissioning for Addition of 02 Nos. 220kV Line Bays at 220/132kV Nowshera Industrial Grid Station and 500kV Sheikh Muhammadi Grid Station

The contractor is responsible for transportation of equipment from NGC warehouses in Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Jamshoro, and Hyderabad to the site, safe storage, and coordination with secondary equipment contractors. The contractor must comply with all environmental, social, health, and safety safeguards as per ADB and NGC requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC licensing in relevant categories, registration on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and provincial authorities, and no blacklisting by government or donor agencies. Experience requirements specify execution of similar extension or augmentation works on 220kV or higher voltage substations within the last 10 years, with performance certificates and completion evidence.
