Civil Works for Construction of P.C.C Road and Weather Shield at Mirpur University of Science and Technology

Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), located in Mirpur AJK, invites open tenders for civil works on scheduled rates. The works include: - Construction of P.C.C Road for Residences of D1 & D2 Houses at JariKas Campus, MUST, Mirpur AJK - Weather Shield on Front Side CS&IT Building, City Campus, MUST, Mirpur AJK These works require experienced contractors registered with PWD AJK and Pakistan Engineering Council for FY 2025-26, with renewal eligibility for FY 2026-27. Registration with MUST is also mandatory. Contractors with unsatisfactory performance or litigation history are disqualified. Tender documents can be obtained before 27th August 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000. Deposits or CDRs must be in favor of Director Works, MUST, Mirpur AJK from any scheduled bank. Income tax, E. cess, and other applicable taxes will be deducted as per Azad Jammu and Kashmir laws. The tender submission deadline is 31st August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Office of Director of Works, User Bin Khatab Boys Hostel, JariKas Campus, MUST, Mirpur. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of contractors or their representatives.
