Supply, Installation, Repair and Maintenance of Agricultural Inputs, Tools, Fencing, Construction Materials, Stationery, Vehicles and Fruit Processing Machinery

The Directorate of Agriculture Baltistan Region invites sealed bids/tenders from registered and eligible firms, suppliers, and contractors for the supply, installation, repair, and maintenance of various items and services under the Regular/Development Budget including ETI-funded schemes for the Financial Year 2026-27 in Skardu. Items being procured: - Purchase of Agricultural Inputs & Tools (Lot A) - Supply of Fencing & Construction Materials (Lot B) - Supply of Miscellaneous Items (Lot C) - Supply of Stationery Items (Lot D) - Repair & Maintenance of Vehicles (Lot E) - Supply & Installation of Fruit Processing Machinery (Lot F) The procurement covers a wide range of agricultural and support materials including tools, fencing and construction materials, stationery, vehicle maintenance, and specialized fruit processing machinery. Bidders must submit sealed bids complete in all respects to the office of the Director Agriculture Baltistan Region, Skardu, by 10th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Each bidder is required to submit a prescribed Call Deposit/Bid Security of a Scheduled Bank/KCBL along with the bid in favor of the Director Agriculture Baltistan Region. The bidding documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the office during official working hours after depositing the prescribed non-refundable bidding document fee in the Government Treasury. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Preference will be given to firms/bidders with relevant experience of similar nature work. The tender shall remain valid until 30th June 2027 with no escalation or increase in rates during the contract period. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivery, installation (where applicable), and completion of required supply/services at specified locations at their own cost throughout the financial year as and when required by the Procuring Agency. Partial, conditional, incomplete, and blank bids, as well as bids received after the deadline, will be rejected. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. Supply orders will be issued according to the availability of funds. Any matter not covered in this notice will be dealt with according to applicable procurement rules and government instructions. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring all required documents and bid securities are included to avoid disqualification.
