Construction and Solarization of Irrigation Tube Wells and Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells in Merged Districts of Kurram

The Irrigation Division Kurram, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in the e-bidding process for the construction and solarization of existing electricity tube wells and new solar-based irrigation tube wells in merged districts. This initiative aims to enhance irrigation infrastructure and promote sustainable energy solutions in the region. The works are divided into two main packages, each comprising several specific projects as detailed below. All works must comply with the relevant PEC category (EE-11, CE-04) and KPPRA regulations. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and possess an active tax payer status with the Income Tax Department. Earnest Money at 2% of the estimated cost is required, along with CDR, attested copies of PEC registration, CNIC, NTN, and KPPRA registration. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online via the EPADS system by 23.09.2026 at 12:00 Noon. The technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
