Eligible firms or contractors must be registered on EPADS and must hold relevant Pakistan Engineering Council registration in categories CE-09 and CE-10. Bidders are also required to maintain registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority with active status and comply with Provincial Enlistment Committee requirements.
