Cladding and Allied Work for Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology Korangi Karachi

The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites sealed e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for cladding and allied works at its Korangi facility. This tender is for specialized cladding and signage works including aluminum composite panel installation and illuminated signage fabrication. Items being procured: - Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) cladding: Providing, fabricating and fixing 4 mm thick ACP panels with supporting aluminum/MS tube framework, brackets, and all necessary supports, including cutting, routing, folding, and fixing with approved accessories. - External elevation signage: Fabrication and fixing of 10 mm thick acrylic 3D/raised letters with backlit/halo illumination mounted on MS/metal backing frame including LED modules and wiring. - Multicolor acrylic SICHN logo/signage: Laser-cut, backlit/halo illuminated logos of 4'-0" to 5'-0" diameter securely mounted on building elevation with approved fixing system. The scope includes supply, procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of all materials and equipment. The contractor must prepare and submit detailed shop drawings for approval prior to execution. Quality assurance includes submission of QA/QC test reports from independent laboratories. The contractor is responsible for all utilities, site safety, and compliance with specifications. Eligibility requires valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-6 or above with relevant specialization codes, proven experience in hospital construction/renovation, minimum turnover matching bid cost, and active tax registration (FBR, SRB). Bid security of Rs. 455,000/- (3.5% of estimated cost) is required. Performance security of 5% of contract amount is to be submitted upon award. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 29-09-2026 at 10:30 a.m. Technical proposals will be opened first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. The lowest evaluated bidder will be awarded the contract. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions including bid validity of 90 days, submission of signed and paginated documents, and non-blacklisting affidavit.
