Repair and Renovation of Accommodation Building at Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology Jamshoro

The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids for the Repair and Renovation of Accommodation Building located at SICHN Jamshoro. The contractor must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with relevant specialization codes CE09, CE10, CE11, EE04. Experience in hospital construction/renovation with at least three completed projects in the last five years is mandatory. Financial turnover must not be less than the bid cost for the last three financial years with audit reports from ICAP certified firms. The contractor must provide qualified civil and electrical engineers with at least 10 years of experience. The bid security is fixed at 3.5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 402,500) in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. The bid validity period is 90 days. Performance security of 5% of the contract amount is required upon award. The contract duration is 3 months from the commencement date. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by **September 29, 2026, at 10:30 a.m**.
