Items being procured:
- Surface Preparation of pipelines with diameters 6 inches, 8 inches, 12 inches, 16 inches, angles, flat bars, and other assigned areas using non-ferrous tools, sandpaper, and power brushing as per ISO8501-2/SSPC-SP2 and SP3 standards.
- Application of two coats of Epoxy Mastic coating (Kaizen or approved equivalent) with a total dry film thickness of 300 microns.
- Supply and application of Aliphatic Acrylic Polyurethane Top Coat with a dry film thickness of 60 microns on product piping and other assigned areas.
The scope includes mechanical cleaning in hazardous zones using non-ferrous tools and power tools in safe zones under terminal engineer supervision. The coating materials must meet specified product data including solids by volume, flash point, gloss level, container size, and shelf life requirements. Valves and handles are also included in the coating work.
Eligibility requires adherence to PSO safety and security rules, provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) for workers, and responsibility for all labor, tools, materials, and transportation. Utilities at site are contractor's responsibility. Payment will be made after job completion and acceptance by the Terminal Engineer. The job must be completed within 72 days of purchase order issuance, with liquidated damages applicable for delays.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and provide a one-year warranty on supplied items. The submission deadline is 29th September 2026. Bids should be submitted as per PSO instructions.
