Items being procured: - Construction of 8 additional classrooms for government boys primary schools (Package 18), GBPS Sardar Samoon Park Khetlariyo, Estimated Cost: Rs. 14.613 Million, Bid Security: 0.731 Million, Completion Time: 12 months - Construction of additional classrooms for government boys primary schools (Package 24), GBPS Goth Ghulam, SEMIS #406030498, Estimated Cost: Rs. 6.794 Million, Bid Security: 0.340 Million, Completion Time: 12 months The scope of work includes all civil works required for the construction of new classrooms, as per the approved drawings and specifications. Bidders must be registered with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) and must provide valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL certificates, and relevant experience. Earnest Money in the form of a pay order or CDR is required as per the amounts listed above. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 21-10-2026, 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only bids submitted via EPADS will be accepted; manual submissions will not be entertained.
