Renovation of 15 x Water Filtration Plants Including Civil Works (Phase-I)

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids for the renovation of 15 water filtration plants including civil works under Phase-I in Rawalpindi city, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through a National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Renovation of 15 water filtration plants including civil works - Taking up or down tiles, marble, granite work (720 Sqm) - Providing and laying standard quality tiles (720 Sqm) - Providing and laying PCC with 3000 psi compressive strength (75 Cum) - Bib cock, CP (180 Each) - Testing and commissioning of water purification plant system with capacity 1000 GPH including multimedia filter, granular activated carbon filter, backwash pump, fine sediment filter, ultraviolet sterilizer, and stainless steel header (15 Each) - Polyethylene vertical water tanks, 500 gallons capacity (30 Each) - Pressure switch with accessories for pumping setup up to 1 HP (30 Each) The scope includes civil renovation works and installation/testing of water filtration systems at multiple sites. Bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR/NTN registration. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. The contract duration is 27 days from commencement. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 13 October 2026 at 01:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with a technical passing score of 70%.
