Provision of Cleaning and Janitorial Services at Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex Lahore

Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex Lahore invites sealed bids from well-reputed and experienced companies or firms engaged in janitorial services. The procurement is for the provision of cleaning and janitorial services at Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex located on Egerton Road, Lahore, on a yearly basis starting from the date of contract agreement signature. Items being procured: - Cleaning and Janitorial Services at Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex The scope includes comprehensive janitorial services covering all areas of the complex. Bidders must be registered with all related departments including Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). The contract requires submission of a refundable CDR or earnest money at 2% of the bid value in favor of Aiwan-e-Iqbal Fund. The original pay order, bank draft, or CDR must be dispatched to the undersigned and received before bid opening. Without the original security money, bids will not be accepted. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA and Aiwan-e-Iqbal websites and must be uploaded electronically through the Federal E-Pads web portal by 11:00 AM on 24-07-2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held at 11:30 AM on the same day by the designated committee. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per clause 33(i) of PPRA rules 2004. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities and proven experience in janitorial services.
