Cleaning and Janitorial Services at State Life Building Rahim Yar Khan

The contract requires comprehensive cleaning including sweeping, dusting, waxing, carpet vacuuming, disposal of debris, cleaning of toilets, kitchens, manholes, sewerage lines, and maintenance of greenery. Items being procured: - Sweeping and cleaning of all rooms, halls, lobbies, terraces, stairs, courtyards, parking areas, foot paths, rooftop - Dusting and cleaning of interior and exterior surfaces including stairs railing, glass doors, windows, walls, fans, sign boards - Wax polishing of floors every 3 months - Cleaning and washing of kitchen, pantry, bathrooms with disinfectants - Carpet cleaning by vacuum cleaner - Disposal of debris, junk, litter as per municipal rules - Cleaning and clearing of manholes and sewerage lines - Dusting and washing of main gates weekly - Maintaining greenery and plants - Providing and maintaining liquid hand wash dispensers in toilets The scope includes providing all cleaning materials and equipment at contractor's cost, employing full-time labor, and ensuring staff uniforms and identity cards. The contract duration is one year with a bid security of Rs. 80,000 in the form of a pay order. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal by 20-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with hard copies and original bid security also submitted to the Real Estate Department office at State Life Building, Rahim Yar Khan. The evaluation includes technical and financial criteria with a minimum qualifying score of 60 marks.
