Procurement of Cloth, Wire Steel for Hesco Bag, Cover Water Proof, Jacks and Misc Tools

CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the procurement of various items required to meet anticipated LP demands for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders are bound to accept purchase orders for supply of stores on their quoted rates regardless of market fluctuations. The tender documents can be purchased from the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra on any working day during office hours for a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Sealed tenders must be dropped in the tender box at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi by 31 August 2026 till 1030 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend. Late tenders will be rejected and returned unopened. Bid Security of PKR 500,000 in the form of CDR is mandatory. Submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security, and Bidder's Eligibility/Profile Documents in prescribed manner is required. Failure to comply may result in rejection. No price negotiation will be held with the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. All purchases are subject to inspection for quality, quantity, and standard.
