Lump Sum and Measurement Contracts for TC B&R (Maint) at PAF Base

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites bids for lump sum and measurement contracts specifically for TC B&R (Maintenance) for B&R Sub Division Zone-IB at PAF Base in Skardu. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 1,988,000/-. The contract duration is twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the contract or the date specified in the first written work order. Items being procured: - Lump sum and measurement contracts for TC B&R (Maintenance) works at PAF Base Contractors enlisted with MES in category 'E' with a tendering limit of Rs. 75,000/- and above are eligible to apply. Contractors enlisted with other departments such as Central/Provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, PWR, WAPDA, etc., may also tender provided they are approved contractors with a tendering limit of Rs. 4,000,000/- or above. Such contractors must provide proof of enlistment, a list of executed works with details, a list of moveable and immoveable assets supported by bank and revenue certificates, a list of tools and plant owned, and any other relevant information supporting their suitability. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit 2% of the estimated cost as earnest money in the Government Treasury or any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of AGE (Air) Qadri (Skardu). The earnest money will be refunded if the tender is not accepted and all documents are returned. The tender will be accepted by AGE (Air) Qadri, who is the accepting officer. Applications for pre-qualification and tender submission must be received by the accepting office on or before 29-09-2026. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours at the office of AGE (Air) Qadri. Contractors may be present at the time of opening. Copies of contract conditions, schedules, and other documents are available for inspection at the AGE (Air) Qadri office during working hours. Tenderers must have a copy of the MES Schedule of Rates 2025.
