Procurement of COB Screen, UPS and Audio Video Conference Solution

**Punjab Education Foundation (PEF)** invites sealed bids on a lump-sum basis from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers for procurement of technology and conference-room equipment for the grand meeting room at the newly constructed PEF Head Office Building, Johar Town, Lahore. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Mandatory lots are: Sr. 1, Lot A: Indoor COB Screen P1.2 display, size approximately 12 x 6 feet, estimated price **Rs. 8,140,000/-**, with bid security of **Rs. 162,800/-**; Sr. 2, Lot B: 10 KVA UPS with battery backup, estimated price **Rs. 1,360,000/-**, with bid security of **Rs. 27,200/-**; and Sr. 3, Lot C: Audio and Video Conference Solution with Display, estimated price **Rs. 6,000,000/-**, with bid security of **Rs. 120,000/-**. Detailed technical specifications, service requirements, scope, bill of quantities and evaluation conditions are contained in the bidding document. Bidders must be engaged in relevant trading, registered with applicable registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable, and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required. Bidders should also verify their active tax status and any ATL requirements in the bidding documents. Bid security must be provided at two percent of the relevant estimated lot price, and scanned copies must be uploaded electronically. Online bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system by **02:00 P.M. on August 21, 2026**.
