Tender Description
The Village Electrification department of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is procuring works for the collection, loading, unloading, erection, concreting, back filling, fixing of stay rods, and earthing of HT spun and structure poles for the 11KV Bharpur and Kallar Kahar feeder emanating from the 132KV Chakwal and Kallar Township Grid Stations. This project is under the ELR head and falls under the jurisdiction of the RE Division Chakwal, with work execution primarily in Islamabad Capital Territory.
The technical scope includes safe handling and transportation of 34 HT steel structures of 58 feet, 51 HT spun poles of 45 feet, 41 HT spun poles of 45 feet from Rawalpindi/Islamabad, 14 HT structures of 36 feet, 46 HT spun poles of 36 feet, 248 earth rods, and 20 stay rods. The work involves excavation, concreting, steel fixing, erection, back filling, and installation as per WAPDA specifications. The total estimated cost is **PKR 8,085,300**.
Eligible bidders must be registered engineering firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, prequalified by Chief Engineer NTDC Lahore, and registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status. Firms must provide a fresh bank statement showing balance up to 25% of the BOQ cost, income tax returns for FY 2024-25, and demonstrate experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations. Joint ventures are allowed with specific conditions including joint bank accounts and registration on EPADS.
The bid submission deadline is **Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 09:30 AM** via EPADS v2.0 only. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
