The Public Health Engineering Division Pishin invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested contractors/firms for multiple works in Pishin district. Items being procured: - WSS for Muhala Company Killi Tora Shah, Nika Khan Qilla Teh, Malik Yaar, Killi Batezai District Pishin BSDI Phase (III) - WSS UB Serala Huramzai Village Zarmaznaki Tehsil Huramzai, Killi Faizabad, Tube Well Along with Solarization in FC Campkilli Lamaran, Killi Ziarat Batezai District Pishin BSDI Phase (III) - WSS at Killi Proper Muchan, Rehabilitation of WSS with Solar System and OHSR at Killi Balozai, Rehabilitation of WSS Killimusafir / Balochi Aram District Pishin BSDI Phase (III) - Construction of WSS UC Shagi Shingural WSS along with Solar System and Pipe Old Shakerzai for Hajian Shakerzai Huramzai, WSS along with Solar System and Overhead WTANK for Killi Yarosyedan Near Jama Masjid District Pishin BSDI Phase (III) - WSS for Ward No.1 Bus Stand and Adjoining Areas, WSS Augmentation / Extension of WSS Murgha Zakaryazai, Construction of WSS along with Solar System & Solarization of FC Public Lamaran District Pishin BSDI Phase (III) - Supply of PVC Pipe and HDPE Pipe BSDI Phase (III) The technical scope includes laying of D/D bore pipes, solar system installation, laying of HDP pipe lines, and supply of PVC and HDPE pipes as per BSDI Phase (III) requirements. The works involve rehabilitation, augmentation, and solarization of water supply schemes in various villages and areas of Pishin district. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and have NTN and FBR registration. The bidder must have completed 5 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of Rs. 22,896,930 PKR. PEC categories required include EE11(i) (Solar), EE11(ii) (Solar Energy), EE11(iii) (Solar Energy system), EE11(vi) (General Electrical Works Only). Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or CDR at 2% of the bid amount. Affidavits regarding work name, department name, and no contract on performance must be provided.
