The District Bar Association Jhang invites sealed tenders under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure for the construction of Lawyer Chambers Gray Structure at the new district court Jhang near Gojra bypass Jhang Sadar. Items being procured: - Construction of Lawyer Chambers Gray Structure The tender is based on Item Wise Rates/Percentage base/Market Rates System for the Bi-Annual period from 01.01.2026 to 30.12.2026. Contractors and firms must have valid and active Income Tax registration with FBR and PRA Tax. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the President District Bar Association during office hours after advertisement publication. The contractor/firm must be GST and NTN registered with both Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bids must be submitted by 18-Oct-2026 by 4:00 PM via courier only, and tenders will be opened on the same day at 4:30 PM in front of the DBA committee. Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures and words, signed as per tender document directions. No rebate on tendered rates will be accepted. A security cheque of Rs. 10,000,000 (10 Million) from any scheduled bank in favor of District Bar Association Construction of Chambers is required. Any lowest bidder quoting rates below 5% must deposit up to 5% of the estimated amount as performance security in the shape of a Demand Draft, refundable upon successful completion of work. Blacklisted firms need not apply. If the tender receiving date falls on a gazetted holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date.
