Roof Insulation, Repair and Maintenance Works, Supply of Material, and Term Contract for HQ 14 Division at Okara Cantt and Sulemanki

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites tenders for a comprehensive term contract involving roof insulation work, repair and maintenance of ammunition magazines, non-residential and residential accommodations, supply of materials, and term contract services for building and roads (B&R), electrical and mechanical (E&M), and artificers works. No work will be ordered outside the defined contract area which includes MES buildings at HQ 14 Division and Sulemanki under GE (Army)-I Okara Cantt. Stores for incorporation in the works will be issued from store yards within the garrison/division area; however, shuttering, centering, and scaffolding materials must be arranged by the contractor. Eligible contractors should be familiar with MES regulations and schedules. Earnest money and bid security requirements will be as per MES terms.
