Composite Schedule of Rates Works at Sukkur IBA University Including IBACC Dadu, IBA IPHSS Ghotki, and IBA Public School Ubauro

Sukkur IBA University invites bids through EPADS for a Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) on an item rate basis for various civil works at multiple locations in Sindh including Sukkur, Dadu, Ghotki, and Ubauro. The procurement is open to eligible and experienced firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Income Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board as applicable. Manual bids will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous works at IBACC Dadu (Estimated Cost Rs. 14.703 Million, Bid Security Rs. 300,000, Completion 09 Months) - Rehabilitation of Boundary Wall and Repair & Maintenance of IBA IPHSS Ghotki (Estimated Cost Rs. 4.00 Million, Bid Security Rs. 80,000, Completion 06 Months) - Repair and Maintenance of Academic Block at IBA Public School Ubauro (Estimated Cost Rs. 3.999 Million, Bid Security Rs. 80,000, Completion 06 Months) The works involve civil construction and maintenance at educational facilities under Sukkur IBA University jurisdiction. Bidders must be PEC licensed in category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-09 and CE-10 for the relevant serial numbers. Valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities along with active taxpayer status is mandatory. Firms must demonstrate an average annual turnover over the last five years equal to or exceeding the estimated cost. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation, blacklisting, or corrupt practices is required. Bid security must be forfeited if the bidder withdraws or violates terms.
