Computer-Based Examinations (CBE) Facilitation Services for University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Peshawar invites qualified and financially sound firms to submit proposals for providing complete facilitation services for Computer-Based Examinations (CBE). This procurement is conducted under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Items being procured: - Complete facilitation services for Computer-Based Examinations (CBE) The scope includes comprehensive support for conducting computer-based exams, ensuring smooth operation and technical assistance throughout the examination process. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and have relevant experience in similar assignments. The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be downloaded online by EPADS-registered firms from the UET Peshawar EPADS account. Bidders must upload scanned, signed, and stamped documents through EPADS. Financial proposals must clearly state rates in words and figures on official letterhead, signed by authorized representatives. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 15th October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Hall, UET Peshawar, to address queries related to the bidding documents. Proposals must be submitted via EPADS by 29th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Opening of proposals will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, UET Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully review the Mandatory Documents Checklist in the RFP. Non-compliance, late submission, unsigned documents, invalid CDR, ambiguous rates, or blacklisting by KPPRA or any government agency will result in disqualification.
