Computer-Based Examinations (CBE) Services

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Peshawar invites experienced, well-reputed, and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to submit proposals for providing complete facilitation services for Computer-Based Examinations (CBE). Items being procured: - Complete facilitation services for Computer-Based Examinations (CBE) The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must upload clearly scanned and duly signed/stamped documents through EPADS. Financial proposals must be clearly stated in words and figures on the official letterhead and signed by an authorized representative. Firms must carefully review the Mandatory Documents Checklist provided in the RFP. Proposals may be declared non-responsive if mandatory documents are missing, submitted late, unsigned, unstamped, accompanied by invalid/non-compliant CDR, contain ambiguous rates/documents, or if the firm is blacklisted/debarred by KPPRA or any Federal or Provincial Government department/agency. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 15th October, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Hall, UET Peshawar to clarify any issues or queries related to the bidding documents. Interested firms fulfilling eligibility and qualification requirements shall submit their proposals in scanned form through EPADS by 29th October, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, UET Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are complete and compliant to avoid disqualification. Timely submission through EPADS is critical to participate in this tender.
