Concession for Baggage Wrapping Facility at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a baggage wrapping facility concession at the Domestic Departure Area, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The concession period is five years or until outsourcing, with a 10% annual cumulative enhancement on the monthly concession fee. Bids must exceed the reserve price of Rs. 804,650 per month to be considered. Items being procured: - Establish, operate and maintain baggage wrapping facility at Domestic Departure Area, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi The technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked and placed together in one envelope. Submission is to be made by dropping the envelope in the designated tender box located in the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi by 11 September 2026 at 1530 hrs. Technical bids will be opened at 1600 hrs the same day in the presence of bidders. Eligibility requires registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Tender forms are available upon written request with CNIC and NTN copies and a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Advance Income Tax will be deducted under Section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are ineligible.
