Concession to Establish, Operate and Maintain Main Foreign Currency Exchange Booth at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders for the concession to establish, operate and maintain the main Foreign Currency Exchange Booth / Counter No. 03 along with a small cubicle located inside Room No. 2314, Level-VI, Concourse Area (Eastern Side) at Jinnah International Airport Terminal-II, Karachi. The concession period is five (05) years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Bids higher than the reserve price of Rs. 3,200,000/- per month will only be entertained. Items being procured: - Establishment and operation of Foreign Currency Exchange Booth / Counter No. 03 - Small cubicle space inside Room No. 2314, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining the booth and ensuring smooth operation within the airport premises. Eligibility criteria include 80% weightage in technical evaluation, relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Tender forms can be obtained from the Office of Officer In-charge, Commercial, Room No. 3016-17, Level-III, JTC, JIAP Karachi upon submission of a written request with CNIC and NTN certificate along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000/- via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Technical and financial offers must be sealed separately and submitted in one envelope clearly mentioning the concession name. Bids are to be dropped in the tender box placed in the Main Conference Room (Room No. 6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi by the specified deadline. Technical bids will be opened 30 minutes after the closing time in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Submission of fake documents or pay orders will lead to cancellation and blacklisting. Outstanding dues must be cleared before financial bid opening. Late, ambiguous, or conditional tenders will not be accepted. The tender closing date is **30-09-2026**. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission at the specified location.
