Lease of Main Conference Room Shop at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease concession of the Main Conference Room Shop (Room No.6035) located at Level-VI, Concourse Hall, Jinnah International Airport Terminal-I, Karachi. The shop space measures 365 sqft and the lease period is for five years or until earlier termination. The reserve price for the concession is set at a monthly rent of Rs. 2,200,000 with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis for subsequent years. Only bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Items/Properties involved: - Main Conference Room Shop (Room No.6035), 365 sqft, Level-VI, Jinnah International Airport Terminal-I, Karachi The concessionaire will be responsible for establishing, operating, and maintaining the sweet and bakery outsourcing services at the specified location. Tender forms can be obtained from the Office of Officer In-charge, Commercial, Room No.3016-17, Level-III, JTC, JIAP Karachi upon submission of a written request along with CNIC, NTN certificate, and a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes separately marked as Technical Offer and Financial Offer, then placed together in one envelope. The submission box is located in the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders. Eligibility requires registered companies/firms/joint ventures/sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Earnest money and bid security must be genuine; any fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per law. Outstanding dues with PAA must be cleared before financial bid opening. The submission deadline and bid opening date is 29-09-2026 at 11:00 hrs and 11:30 hrs respectively.
