Tender Description
The Punjab Irrigation Department invites bids under the Single Stage–One Envelope bidding procedure for the concrete lining of Akbar Disty Road from 18+900 to 46+200, including canal conveyance and operational efficiency improvements through lining of priority canals in Gujranwala. This tender is issued under the Pakistan Engineering Council with the respective CE-04 code and covers the period from 01.01.2026 to 30.06.2026.

The scope includes detailed construction works as per approved rates and specifications. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 in the specified category and discipline, and must provide government receipts for payment of professional tax, CNIC, enlistment/renewal fees, and Punjab Revenue Authority registration for 2026-27.
All bids require earnest money/deposit at 5% of the estimated cost, submitted digitally through the Punjab E-Procurement System only. Manual bids or manual bid securities will not be entertained. Bids will be received and opened on 14.09.2026 at 01:00 PM at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Upper Chenab Canal Circle, Lahore.
The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders should carefully review the site conditions and submit complete and responsive bids. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
