Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Multan office is procuring specialized electrical equipment including Conductivity Controller, Magnetic Contactors of various capacities, Analogue Input Module, Battery Chargers with 12 VDC and 24 VDC charging options, Soldering Stations, and Cordless Heat Guns. This procurement is specifically for the Multan Transmission Office located on Piran Ghaib Road. The items are critical for maintaining and upgrading electrical control systems within the gas transmission infrastructure.
The technical scope covers supply of high-quality electrical components as per detailed specifications attached in the tender documents. The delivery is required within 30 days to the SNGPL Multan stores. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical literature and brochures submitted alongside their bids. The tender demands carriage paid delivery and strict adherence to quality standards; any substandard or defective material will be replaced at no cost.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL, possess valid GST, NTN, and Professional Tax certificates, and submit a pay order or CDR of Rs 500 as tender participation fee. Experience in supplying similar electrical equipment to utility companies will be advantageous. The bid must be submitted both online via PPRA E-PADS and in printed sealed envelopes to the Senior Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Multan office before the closing deadline.
The tender closes on 4th May 2026 at 15:00 hours, with public bid opening at 15:30 hours the same day. Bidders should keep their quotations valid for at least 60 days. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the online and printed bids are identical; discrepancies will lead to rejection of the printed bid. Also, clearly mention brand, country of origin, and any discounts separately to avoid disqualification. Late delivery penalties apply at 1% per week up to 10% of the delayed goods' value, so timely delivery is crucial.
This tender offers a valuable opportunity for suppliers specializing in electrical control equipment to engage with a major gas transmission authority in Punjab, Pakistan.
