The Chief Military Engineer Services (Army) Rawalpindi-II invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various repair and maintenance works within its area of responsibility in Rawalpindi. The scope includes construction repair, minor and maintenance works, provincial/territorial/cantonment/district council works of miscellaneous buildings, bazar supply of building and road (B&R) and electrical & mechanical (E&M) items, as well as the appointment of an auctioneer in the AOR of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II. Items being procured: - Construction repair, minor and maintenance of miscellaneous buildings - Bazar supply of Building & Road (B&R) items - Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) items - Appointment of Auctioneer The contractors are required to submit their applications along with complete credentials for scrutiny. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and meeting special conditions will be issued tender documents. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports against them from the Director of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submission of a copy of registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors must be on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, or D and have relevant experience. Firms not on the approved MES list must furnish certificates and details of works executed in the last two years. The tender submission deadline is 13 October 2026 by 1130 hrs, with opening at 1200 hrs the same day.
