Provision of Planters with Indoor Plants for Executive Buildings Red Zone Environment Directorate East CDA

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on Single Stage-One Envelope basis as per PPRA Rules from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above with Project Code CE-10 for the Year 2026-27. The procurement is for the provision of planters with indoor plants and house plants for Executive Buildings located in the Red Zone under the Environment Directorate (East), CDA, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Planters with Indoor Plants - House Plants The scope includes supplying quality planters and indoor plants suitable for executive office environments, ensuring aesthetic enhancement and environmental benefits within the Red Zone area. Bidders must comply with all specifications and requirements detailed in the e-Bidding documents available on the EPADSv2.0 platform. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above, FBR registration, and submission of bid security as described in the bidding documents. Earnest money amounting to Rs.351,600/- must accompany the bid in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADSv2.0 on or before Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidders' representatives at the office of Director Environment (East), CDA, Environment Directorate, CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad.
