Construction of 132KV D/C T/Line Narowal - Hubco/Narang Crossing and 132KV D/C T/Line In & Out Feed for Royal Palm City Grid Station

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites bids for construction works in Wazirabad, Punjab. The tender includes two major projects: construction of a 132KV D/C T/Line Narowal - HUBCO/Narang crossing under Dulam Interchange with tower foundations and shifting of material from GEPCO warehouse, and construction of 132KV D/C T/Line In & Out feed for Royal Palm City Grid Station including pile foundations, erection of tower types, and shifting of material from GEPCO warehouse. Items being procured: - Construction of tower foundations type EA+0+8 meter raised tower foundation (01-No.) and EG+0+6 meter raised tower foundations (02-Nos.) - Shifting of material from GEPCO warehouse Wazirabad to site - Erection of tower type EA+0+8 meter raised (01-No.) & EG+0+6 meter raised (02-Nos.) with welding of nut & bolts - Stringing of 06-No. wire of Rail Conductor (0.402KM) - Dismantling of tower type L-1 (01-No.) and existing Lynx conductor, Earth wire (0.402) - Pile foundation foundations Type ZM-30 (01-No.) - Erection of tower type ZM-30 (01-No.) & Pole type SPG (02-Nos.) with welding of nut & bolts - Stringing of 06-No. wire of Rail Conductor (0.150KM) alongside dismantling of tower type ZM-1 (01-No.), ZM-30 (01-No.), ZM-60 (01-No.), SPA (02-Nos.), SPD (01-No.) & SPG (01-No.) and existing Rail conductor, Earth wire (0.607KM) The technical scope covers detailed construction and electrical works for high voltage transmission lines including foundation work, tower erection, conductor stringing, and material handling. Contractors must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2025-26 under the specified code, demonstrate average annual turnover with FBR tax returns for the last two years verified by a certified auditor, and provide a current bank statement showing 15% balance amount of individual works. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules 2004 clause 36 (b). Bids will be opened through the E-Pads new version 2.0 platform.
