Tender Description
Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Improvement of Graveyard Khayaban-e-Sir Syed located in Rawalpindi UC-12. This tender is open to firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab E-procurement System for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through an E-Bidding procedure on the Punjab E-Procurement System.

- Rehabilitation / Improvement of Graveyard Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, Rawalpindi UC-12
The project involves civil works for the rehabilitation and improvement of the specified graveyard. Bidders must submit their rates against each item of the Bill of Quantities (BOQs) indicating quantity, rate, and unit rate, including all taxes and PST where applicable. The contractor will be responsible for all applicable taxes at the time of payment release as per Government of Punjab rules.
Eligibility criteria include registration with PEC, GST, and Punjab E-procurement System enrollment. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System; manual bid security such as CDR or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. The lowest bidder will be required to deposit a performance security of 10% of the contract cost electronically, which will be returned upon successful completion of the contract.
Bids must be submitted electronically by 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The tender documents and bidding instructions are available on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bidders are advised to ensure their bids are virus-free and comply with all PPRA rules to avoid rejection.
