Tender Description
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department invites bids through the E-PADS system for the maintenance and repair work of CAT-30 Hospital Mattani located in Peshawar. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Maintenance-II Division Peshawar and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA procurement rules 2014.

The scope includes all necessary maintenance and repair works as per the approved schedule and order. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 400,000 (non-refundable) in the form of a CDR from any scheduled bank, sealed in the technical proposal along with a bid fee of Rs. 29,559,000 at 0.03% of the estimated cost. The technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through the E-PADS portal. The contractor must ensure that the bid security is valid for 90 days beyond the bid opening date. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, valid PEC category C-4 or above, and FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status.
