Construction of 17 Shops 1st Floor at Al-Nafa Markaz Block-C Shoba Bazar Peshawar

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department Cantonment Board Peshawar is procuring construction services for the development of 17 shops on the 1st floor at Al-Nafa Markaz Block-C, Shoba Bazar, Peshawar. This project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works including PCC, RCC, brickwork, plastering, marble tiling, CGI roller doors, UPVC piping, flat brick tiles roofing, distempering, weather resistant painting, and electrical wiring with fittings. The site is located in Peshawar Cantonment and the contract will be executed as per MES Schedule of Rates 2025 with amendments. Eligible contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the year 2025-26 in the relevant category and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience in similar projects within the last fifteen years is required along with financial soundness and technical staff availability. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from scheduled banks is mandatory.
