Construction of 2x2 & 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes from China Chowk to Embassy Road D-Chowk and Opposite Pak Secretariate to Kohsar Complex (Part-III)

The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of 2x2 & 2x3 duct lines with manholes from China Chowk to Embassy Road D-Chowk and opposite Pak Secretariate to Kohsar Complex (Part-III) in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed according to WAPDA SDI/Specification under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. Items being procured: - Providing & laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia and 7mm wall thickness including rubber joints - Providing, lowering & laying into trenches & jointing RCC cement concrete reinforced pipeline 150 mm I/dia - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4, 1:3:6, and 1:4:8 - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Brick work other than building including striking of joints up to 3.00 Mtr height cement sand mortar 1:5 ratio - Cement plaster (1:3) upto 1st floor height 13 mm - Erection & removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work (vertical) - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand except the cost of steel reinforcement - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for R.C.C - Providing and laying into trenches jointing of PVC class-B pipe line 125 mm (5" dia) - Conducting of Horizontal Boring for 6" MM I/Dia - M/S Angles The total estimated cost is **PKR 12,825,818**. The technical scope includes all civil works related to duct line construction with manholes, including excavation, pipe laying, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement, and horizontal boring as per approved IESCO and WAPDA specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registered with FBR (NTN and GST active status), Punjab Revenue Authority, and have relevant experience completing similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations. Financial capacity requirements include audited financial statements for the last three years, with minimum net worth and turnover as specified in the bidding documents.
