Tender for Construction of 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes from 9th Avenue to Street 28 (Part-I) under Deposit Head by IESCO Islamabad

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) (Village Electrification Cell) invites sealed electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the construction of a 2x3 duct line with manholes from 9th Avenue to Street 28 (Part-I) under deposit head to be executed under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. This tender is part of the FY 2026-27 procurement plan and amounts to a total estimated cost of **PKR 14,377,111**. Items being procured: - Excavation and formation in shingle and gravel (305 Cum) - Excavation in very hard soil (1715 Cum) - Providing and laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia and 7mm wall thickness including rubber joints (3690 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (42 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:3:6 (220 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 (50 Cum) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (60 Cum) - Brick work other than building including striking of joints up to 3.00 Mtr height cement sand mortar 1:5 ratio (92 Cum) - Cement plaster (1:3) up to 1st floor height 13 mm (224 Sqm) - Erection and removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work vertical (844 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand except cost of steel reinforcement (59 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC (8252 KG) - M/S Angles (0.886 Ton) - Providing laying into trenches jointing of PVC class-B pipe line 125 mm (5" dia) (30 Mtr) - Conducting of Horizontal Boring for 6" MM I/Dia (30 Mtr) The scope includes all civil works related to duct line construction and manhole installation as per IESCO specifications and drawings. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 valid till June 30, 2027, prequalified by Chief Engineer NTDC Lahore, and registered with FBR, GST, and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status. Bidders must provide a fresh bank statement showing balance up to 25% of BOQ cost and income tax returns for FY 2025-26. Experience of similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government/autonomous bodies is mandatory. Joint ventures are allowed with specific conditions including joint bank account, NTN, and PRA registration. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 portal by **Monday, October 5, 2026 at 09:30 AM**. Bid opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
