Construction of 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes from Rashid Masjid to Noori Hospital (Part-C)

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) under its Village Electrification division invites bids for the construction of a 2x3 duct line with manholes from Rashid Masjid to Noori Hospital (Part-C) in Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is to be executed under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The project involves civil works including excavation, laying of AC pipes, cement concrete works, brickwork, plastering, centering for RCC, reinforced cement concrete, and supply and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement and angles. Items being procured: - Shingle and gravel formation (1657 Cum) - Providing & laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia and 7mm wall thickness including rubber joints (3480 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain (10 Cum) - Cement concrete plain (181 Cum) - Cement concrete plain (51 Cum) - Dismantling cement concrete plain (37 Cum) - Brickwork other than building including striking of joints up to 3.00 Mtr height with cement sand mortar 1:5 (109 Cum) - Cement plaster (1:3) upto 1st floor height 13 mm (264 Sqm) - Erection & removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work vertical (884 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand (64 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement 40,000 PSI (8964 KG) - Supply of angles (1.047 M Ton) The technical scope includes execution according to WAPDA/IESCO SDI & specifications. The site is located in Islamabad and the work must comply with the standards set by the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, prequalified from Chief Engineer NTDC Lahore, registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status, and have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government/autonomous bodies. Financial requirements include a fresh bank statement with balance up to 25% of BOQ cost, income tax returns for FY 2025-26, and audited financial statements for the last three years.
