Procurement of Civil Works by Postmaster General Northern Punjab Circle Rawalpindi

The Postmaster General Northern Punjab Circle Rawalpindi (Directorate General, Pakistan Post) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of civil works under the contract referenced as 'P131482'. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Items being procured: - Civil Works as described in the bidding documents available on EPADS portal. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulatory guidelines.
