Construction of Additional Classrooms at GGPS Koteri Kohat and Upgradation of Emergency and Trauma Center at DHQ Hospital Kohat

The Communication and Work Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with PEC for two major works in Kohat. The first project involves the construction of additional classrooms at Government Girls Primary School (GGPS) Koteri Kohat under the Kohat Area Development Project. The second project is the upgradation of the Emergency and Trauma Center at DHQ Hospital Kohat for the fiscal year 2026-27. The projects require compliance with PEC categories C-6/PK-6 for the classrooms and C-2/PK-2 for the hospital upgradation. Bidders must submit original tender forms, bid securities, KPRA enlistment, PEC registration, and detailed rate analysis. The bidding entry fee is 0.03% of the estimated cost, and earnest money in the form of CDR is mandatory. The work completion period will be as per the work order issued by the department. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the specified categories, active FBR tax status, and relevant experience in similar projects. Bidders must ensure all documents are complete and submitted via the EPADS system before the deadline.
