The Communication and Works Department Kohistan Upper invites bids for the construction of additional court rooms in various districts of Kohistan Upper, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Construction of District and Sessions Court Kohistan Upper The project involves civil works including building construction as per the approved designs and specifications. The scope covers all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the court rooms on a work basis. The contract period and completion timeline will be as per the work order issued. Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in category C-5 or above, be enlisted with the C&W Department, and possess NTN/Income Tax certificates along with FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar civil construction projects is mandatory. The bid submission deadline is **27th August 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with financial bids opening at 12:30 PM on the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAD system in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 10/05/2022.
