Construction of Additional Rooms (2 Nos) Including Repair of Civil Works, Solar Energy System, Compound Wall, Water Supply Arrangement and Solar Provision at Government Boys High School Tando Rahim Khan Taluka Johi District Dadu

The Public Health Engineering Division Dadu invites bids for the construction of additional rooms (2 Nos) including repair of civil works, installation of solar energy system, construction of compound wall for playground with dressing room, water supply arrangement and provision of solar at the dispensary located at Government Boys High School Tando Rahim Khan, Taluka Johi, District Dadu. This comprehensive project encompasses excavation, cement concrete works, brick masonry, RCC works, plastering, painting, electrical installations, and solar power system setup. Items being procured: - Construction of additional rooms (2 Nos) including verandah - Repair of civil works including compound wall, plinth protection, main building repair, office and sanitation fittings - Solar energy system including solar panels, VFD drives, PV balance system, wiring and installation - Compound wall for playground including dressing room and bathroom with sanitary fittings - Tube well construction including boring, PVC piping, development charges, and pump house - Pumping machinery 1.0 BHP submersible pump with control unit - PE pipeline including excavation, laying, jointing, valves and refilling The technical scope includes all civil, electrical, and mechanical works as per detailed specifications and bill of quantities. The contractor must be licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and demonstrate experience in similar works. Financial capability, technical personnel qualifications, and equipment availability are mandatory. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required. The contract period and completion time will be as per the contract data. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer (Dev) Public Health Engineering Division Dadu at Gharibabad Muhalla Dadu by 27-08-2026 at 12:30 pm. Technical bids will be opened on the same day. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria and submit all required documents including PEC registration, SRB and FBR certificates, affidavits, and bid security.
