Repair and Maintenance of Truck, Jeep, Bridal Path and Inspection/Fire Path, Construction of Water Tanks and Water Harvesting Pits in Rawalpindi North Forest Division

The Rawalpindi North Forest Division invites electronic bids for multiple works related to forest maintenance and infrastructure in the Rawalpindi area. The procurement includes repair and maintenance of truck, jeep, and bridal paths, inspection and fire path maintenance, as well as construction of water tanks and water harvesting pits. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of Truck/Jeep/Bridal Path covering 242 miles with clearance of vegetation and repair/maintenance at specified rates - Repair/Maintenance of Inspection/Fire Path (4'-5' wide) covering 375 miles with clearance and repair at specified rates - Construction of 20 Water Tanks across various sub divisions - Construction of 10 Water Harvesting Pits across various sub divisions The technical scope involves clearing vegetation, repairing paths, and constructing water infrastructure to support forest conservation efforts. The sites are subdivided into Kotli, Lehtar, Kaor, Kallar, Kathua, and Panjar Forest Ranges with specific area allocations. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR and PEC, possess relevant experience, and submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. The original bid security must be delivered in the name of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Rawalpindi North Forest Division prior to closing date. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically via www.ep.punjab.gov.pk by 17th October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. The Deputy Conservator of Forests reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to adjust quantities or sites as needed.
