Construction of Artificial Lake and Horticulture Camping Side at Koloharang Forest Recreational Park Ishkoman District Ghizer

The Office of the Divisional Forest Officer Ghizer Forest Division invites tenders for construction works at Koloharang Forest Recreational Park located in Ishkoman District Ghizer, Gilgit-Baltistan. The procurement is under the single stage one-envelope procedure and is open to registered Government Contractors/Firms under Pakistan Engineering Council. Items being procured: - Construction of Artificial Lake at Koloharang Forest Recreational Park & Evergreen Plantation at Government Land Ishkoman District Ghizer - Horticultures Camping side for One Kanal at Koloharang Forest Recreational Park & Evergreen Plantation at Government Land Ishkoman District Ghizer The works involve landscaping and construction of recreational park facilities including an artificial lake and camping site with evergreen plantation. Contractors must have experience in architectural landscaping and be registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PACPT). Tender documents will be issued upon production of original registration/renewal receipts for the year 2026-27 from any Division of GB C&W or W&P department, original CNIC, PEC registration certificate for 2026-27, and a call deposit receipt as earnest money in the name of Divisional Forest Officer District Ghizer. Tender opening and closing will be held on 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively at the office of the Divisional Forest Officer Ghizer Forest Division. Late bids will not be entertained. In case of a holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Interested bidders may obtain tender documents after payment of the bidding document price and submit their bids personally or through an authorized representative with a power of attorney. This tender is also available on the Gilgit-Baltistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.gbppra.org.pk. The Forest Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals under GB PPRA Rules, 2022.
