Tender Description
Horticulture Agency Gujrat invites E-Bids through the Punjab e-Procurement system for the purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services based on a framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement is open to firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers/distributors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement system and relevant tax authorities.
Items being procured:
- Annual Frame Work FY-2026-27 of Temporary lighting arrangements, sound systems, generators, and electrical installations tentage services in cultural and religious days for Horticulture Agency Gujrat
- Annual Frame Work FY-2026-27 of Supply of Plants, Seeds, Seedling for Horticulture Agency Gujrat
- Annual Frame Work FY-2026-27 of Supply of Bhall/Sweet Soil for Horticulture Agency Gujrat
- Annual Frame Work FY-2026-27 of Civil works for Horticulture Agency Gujrat
The technical scope includes temporary lighting and sound system arrangements, supply of plants and soil, and civil works related to horticulture activities. Bidders must submit bids lot-wise, and each lot requires a bid security as specified. The bidding documents and terms can be downloaded from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bids will be uploaded and submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal.
Eligibility requires registration with the Punjab e-Procurement system, relevant tax authorities, and compliance with PPRA Punjab rules.
