Tender Description
The Punjab Buildings Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement process is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal and submit their bids electronically. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically as per the prescribed procedure. The tender opening will be held at the office of the Commissioner, Sahiwal Division, Sahiwal on 08/09/2026 at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Maintenance & Repair to Govt Associate College for Boys at Gogera District Okara (2026-27)
- Modernizing Agriculture Extension Services in Punjab (One at Chah Macchian Wala Mouza Dhota Near Bangla Gogera Tehsil & District Okara) (ADP No.2537/2026-27)
The scope includes maintenance and repair works for the college building and modernization of agriculture extension services at specified locations in Punjab. Contractors must quote rates against each item of DNIT/BOQs and submit complete financial bids. Incomplete or blank bids will be considered non-responsive. Hard copy financial instruments must be uploaded on E-PADS by the deadline. Failure to submit financial instruments will result in disqualification. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
Bidders should ensure valid PEC registration in the relevant category and comply with all PPRA rules. Earnest money in the form of bid security is mandatory. The submission and opening of bids will be strictly online. The office of the Commissioner, Sahiwal Division, Sahiwal is the venue for bid opening.
