Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-05 or above, hold a valid sole proprietorship or form-H as AOP, be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W Department, and have valid NTN and KPRA registrations. Bidders must also provide audit reports for the last three years matching tax returns. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, and bids must be submitted electronically via the official EPADS website by 04-09-2026 at 12:00 hrs.
