This tender invites bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a Basic Health Unit (BHU) at Taran Chungai and a Civil Dispensary at War Joraba, both located in Pishin, Balochistan. The Urban Planning and Development Department Quetta Division is overseeing this project, which is based on composite schedule rates 2023 with percentage rates for the year 2026. The combined estimated cost for these works is PKR 34,045,570. The scope includes civil construction works involving structural and finishing materials suitable for healthcare facilities. The sites in Pishin require careful planning due to local terrain and accessibility challenges. Contractors must ensure compliance with engineering standards and use quality materials to meet the functional needs of these health units.
