The Executive Engineer Roads CWPP&H Department District Washuk invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. The procurement is for the construction of a black top road from Plantak to Kamanrod remaining portion in District Washuk covering 15 KM. Items being procured: - Construction of Black Top Road from Plantak to Kamanrod remaining portion District Washuk 15 KM Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and completion of at least 314,024,685 PKR worth of assignments with 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capability. PEC registration with relevant category and specialized code CE01-0 (Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure) is mandatory. Green challan must be verified by Treasury Officer. Bid security of 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required. Tender fee is 1500 PKR.
